90 Day Fiance fans seem to really like Yara Zaya these days, but it wasn’t always that way. In fact, many people thought that she used her husband Jovi Dufren for a green card in the USA. However, when the war broke out in Ukraine, many previous critics reached out to her. Now that she expressed her fears and frustration about the situation, many people empathized and said some comforting things to her.

It took a while for fans to start to like Yara. Many TLC fans thought that the Ukrainian beauty clashed with Jovi’s mom and seemed petulant all the time. However, a lot of that might have just been the way the show was edited.

Some tension came on the show when fans heard that Yara didn’t want to live in busy NOLA so she moved into the suburbs of New Orleans. There, she got a big scare when Hurricane Ida arrived and fans felt justified in slamming her.

Later, the 90 Day Fiance star seemed a bit happier. Adjusting to American life, she told them that she finally got her license to drive in the country. For a while, things looked up for her. Her baby girl is a little beauty, and she and Jovi genuinely seem happy. But, along came the Russian invasion of Ukraine, and she stresses about that a lot.

Yara Zaya often talks about her homeland now that there’s a war going on. On May 2, she posted up a photo of herself with her child and Jovi. Actually, fans agreed that it looked very pretty. However, in her caption, she sounded down about Ukraine.

She said, “Lately I’ve been living in some kind of emotional swing. 🤦🏼‍♀️ I want to cry then laugh. It always seems that I am doing little for Ukraine and that more needs to be done. “

Frustrated and emotional. the 90 Day Fiance star added, “When I communicate with volunteers who are now in Ukraine, I feel bad from their stories. I just want this to be over so we can go home safely. I don’t understand why some people think they have the right to kill others🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️.”

90 Day Fiance fans stepped up to comfort and encourage Yara Zaya. One of them wrote, “I feel that girl! Just have to focus on the here and now, And what WE can control. And continue to stay praying for everyone always 🙏🏼🙏🏼.”
