The Roloff Legacy
Matt Roloff loves his grandchildren and feels that he would do absolutely anything for them. Matt buries these treasures for them to help remind his grandchildren of just how much he does love them. They love finding the treasures too. In the recent episode of Little People, Big World, Matt broke the hearts of viewers when he told cameras all about when he dies, he wants this to be a way the kids remember him.
The treasures that Matt buries are all items that he holds very close to his heart. Matt places these items in the sandbox and other spots on the farm. He got really emotional about the treasures and even his girlfriend, Caryn Chandler, was concerned about why he was so emotional.
Matt Roloff Emotional Rollercoaster
With emotions running high, Caryn reminds Matt that he is very fit and in great health. When he looks at his grandchildren, he worries a lot about the legacy that he will leave for them. When he leaves the treasures, he leaves special notes for the kids and some of his favorite things go into time capsules for the kids.
In the time capsules, Matt has placed fishing hooks, a Bible, and other items that may be inspirational to the children. On one of the notes that he left in the capsules, he wrote, “But if I’m in Heaven you know that I am watching over you.” This made viewers very emotional and some are curious why Matt is being like this so early on in his life.
We love the idea of him leaving these treasures for the kids and they love it too. We hope that he can keep his emotions under wraps until they find all of them.
