In the latest episode of Sister Wives, Kody and Meri got into a heated and emotional conversation in which they both explained exactly what they craved from one another. Kody even hinted that he might not be attracted to his first wife anymore, as he said in one of the confessionals that there has to be a “spark” for Meri to get the full marriage and sexual relationship she wants from him.

While the couple tried to celebrate their 30th wedding anniversary together, they instead exchanged awkward words about the current state of their relationship. Meri even told him in the car, “Here we are, celebrating our non-anniversary because we are not a couple, but we are a family. You and I have not been out together since last year’s anniversary, which is fine. It is it what it is.”

Sister Wives Spoilers: What’s Next For Meri And Kody?

In response, Kody said that he’s trying to figure out what Meri’s deal is and can’t help but wonder if she’s just lonely. “I think we miss the idea of us. We don’t miss each other,” the father-of-18 added, to which Meri replied: “Speak for yourself.” Yikes.

Clearly, Meri wants Kody to spend a little more time with her, or at least acknowledge her, but that just isn’t happening right now, because there seems to be a lack of real interest. So, does this mean that the couple is soon headed towards a major reality television divorce? Needless to say, fans will have to tune in to find out what will happen next.
