If you didn’t already hear the news, Jen and her assistant, Stuart Smith face charges of money-laundering and conspiracy of wire-fraud. It all relates to some sort of telemarking scam. Well, the next thing that emerged revealed that they were released for now. However, they cant engage in telemarketing at all. Fast-tracked, they were scheduled for a virtual hearing on Wednesday. March 31. However, it seems that Bravo fans interrupted the proceedings.
Even the mainstream media carried the story about the Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star. CNN reported that so many fans showed interest in the case, that Shah and her lawyer couldn’t actually log in. Apparently, people online commented how they went along for the tea on the Bravo star. So, the sheer numbers of people clogged up the lines. Now, Jen’s rescheduled for Friday.

Some fans of the show rightly suggested that Jen Shah’s arrest might make for a drama-filled second season. Actually, many of them commented that now they look forward to it. A few of them noted that this sort of thing always gives Andy Cohen a boost in ratings. As one fan noted, “Andy Cohen must be in heaven, Ratings bonanza.”
Meanwhile, others talked about how Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star Mary Cosby probably feels over the moon. After all, they quickly became frenemies in Season one of the show.
