Little Allie is all grown up and about to become a mom, something that shocked and stunned everyone in on her secret.
She showed up at Eric Brady’s (Greg Vaughan) door and quickly reveled her bun in the oven—was anyone else laughing too when Eric’s flabbergasted response was, “you’re pregnant?!” Having one’s stomach sticking out six feet is generally a good indication of pregnancy but maybe we can forgive Eric his lack of insight given that it was his young niece standing in front of him.
Days of our Lives Comings & Goings – Allie Horton is back in Salem and now an adult
Lindsay Arnold spoke to Soap Opera Digest and shed some light on just what Allie is going through and how that affects her decision-making process. For starters, she doesn’t want her nosy mom Sami Brady (Alison Sweeney) anywhere near her or her baby until she decides what to do.
“In the end this is no one’s decision but hers,” she says, “and she really wants to make that clear.”
NBC Days Spoilers – Allie Horton doesn’t want her parents meddling in her decision
Fans know that WilSon want to adopt a baby, and now that Allie is in the picture, it appears to be a no-brainer for them to offer or suggest adopting the baby.
Not so fast DOOL fans, there is a complication in the works to that scenario!
DOOL Spoilers – Will Allie allow Rafe Hernandez to adopt her baby?
That complication is Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) who has just lost hope of taking custody of baby David, a child under his care. When Allie meets up with him she is sad to hear his story as she lived with him for a while and knows he is a terrific parent.
As Arnold notes, the beat decision in Allie’s eyes to allow Rafe to raise her baby. “She knows what an amazing person he is” she says, “she knows that he would take care of her child in the way that she would want her child to be taken care of.”
Does this mean that a slam dunk for WilSon adopting the child is out of the question? Right now it’s really unclear who will end up raising Allie’s unborn baby!
