Little People, Big World Spoilers: Matt Roloff Says TLC Twisted Things – Edited LPBW Fights With Amy Roloff?

Before “Little People, Big World” returned to the small screen for its 20th season, one of its stars Matt Roloff spoke about the series on the podcast called “First Class Fatherhood.” During the interview, Matt revealed a lot of things about the show. He even said that the show makes it look like they’re “always at each other’s throats.” But the truth is, they actually get along better than what most fans expect.

Matt said that the producers of the show film scenes for the next season within a span of eight months but the episodes are aired within eight weeks. When filming, a lot of real moments are captured but not all of them get aired because of the limited time available per episode.

However, it seems like Matt is a bit disappointed at the show because of the different the impression it creates about his family.

“Let’s say Amy [Roloff] and I are arguing about something. We’ve been getting along for six months and then we have another argument, well they throw those two arguments into one episode,” he shared.

Aside from that, Matt also admitted that there are instances when he would like to clarify things whenever people share their thoughts about his loved ones. If only he could tell them “if only you knew this.” However, he knows that doing so, in most instances, isn’t worth it. Fortunately, his family has managed to grow “thick skin” after the several years of living in the spotlight.

“We appreciate all of our fans … we love the people who are interactive with us,” the author gushed. “But, we also realize some people they just get it wrong sometimes,” Matt explained.

Little People, Big World Spoilers: Disappointment Over Amy Roloff’s 2019 Autobiography

In the interview, Matt also talked about his ex-wife’s, Amy Roloff, 2019 autobiography, called “A Little Me.”

“I did get a chance to read the book and, you know, I was disappointed… I didn’t think the book was really fair to me,” he said.

“I thought that Amy, the book for me knowing her real life story and a lot of other things in between, I thought there was some disingenuous nature to the book, which surprised me because Amy is a pretty genuine person typically. But, I think that she left out some pretty major parts of her life that would have thrown a little more balance into the whole story.”
