Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: Shawn Shuts Belle Out!

Days of Our Lives spoilers tease that Shawn Douglas (Brandon Beemer) was recently forced to make a terrible decision which will likely haunt him for the rest of his life. Shawn had believed that his father Bo Brady (Peter Reckell) died several years ago from an inoperable tumor. However, Megan Hathaway (Miranda Wilson) spirited Bo’s body away and kept him frozen cryogenically until Bo could be saved. Last year, Megan was finally able to revive Bo, and the tumor removed.

Days of Our Lives Spoilers – Bo Brady was brainwashed!

When Bo woke up, Megan had him brainwashed by Dr. Wilhelm Rolf (Richard Wharton) to despise Hope Brady (Kristian Alfonso). The results of the brainwashing weren’t exactly what Megan had hoped for. Bo did indeed seem to hate Hope, but his morals and family loyalty seem to have vanished. He kidnapped his own sister Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans) hoping she would help him build his own criminal empire. Kayla eventually escaped. That’s when Hope finally discovered Bo.

Hope quickly realized Bo wasn’t the man she remembered. He pulled a gun on her and was just about to kill her when she finally got through to him. Unfortunately, Shawn showed up right at that moment and shot Bo, believing that Bo was going to hurt his mother. Bo fell into a coma and might not ever recover. Shawn is beside himself with guilt although no one in his family blames him for what he did. Once he returns to Salem, his wife Belle Black (Martha Madison) will try everything she can to get through to him.

Shawn’s guilt will continue to get the better of him in the coming weeks, leading him to make some decidedly uncharacteristic life choices. The one person who may be able to get through to Shawn is his partner on the police force Jada Hunter (Elia Cantu). Jada may understand better than anyone else what Shawn is going through, especially if she ends up having to arrest her own sister! Finding common ground, Shawn and Jada could end up making love. Feeling guiltier than even Shawn will likely confess all to Belle almost immediately. But will Belle be able to remain with her husband?
