Life After Lockup spoilers reveal that now that Monique and Derek are starting their life together and out of prison, she is still having some reservations about him. Now it seems as if she thinks that he is keeping secrets from her again. There has definitely been drama between them since he got out of jail and he admitted to cheating on her with at least ten women!

Of course, she isn’t too sure if she can trust him right now. It turns out that now her family is trying to get involved in their relationship. Of course, her family doesn’t like the fact that he has keep secrets from her and cheated on her. What will happen?

In the latest episode of the show, Monique and Derek got a chance to spend more time with her family. As they are all sitting around talking, her family starts in on him about how he shoudln’t keep secrets from her.

She tells her family that he is so secretive that he sleeps with his phone in his boxers! Her family has pointed out that there are too many red flags in their relationship already. They have rubbed it in his face that they know he cheated on as soon as he got out of prison.

Of course, Derek has a lot of excuses for why he cheated on Monique. Monique does feel as if he has too many excuses too, but she still loves him no matter what. Her family just wants her to realize that he still is hiding things from her or else, why would he sleep with his phone?

Life After Lockup Spoilers: Derek and His Phone

In the new episode, Derek gets a text while he is chatting with Monique and her family. He leaves the room so he can answer the text. Her family all follow him upstairs so they can see that he is hiding things from her. Not only that, they saw him delete the text right after he responded to it. Even though she doesn’t trust him at all, it seems that Monique is hooked! She has been open about how much she loves him.
