Days of Our Lives: Camila Banus Joins Cast Of New Holiday Romance Movie

Days of Our Lives spoilers, news, and updates tease that Camila Banus has landed a new gig. The actress has been cast in a new holiday romance movie titled The Holiday Exchange.

Banus was excited to share the news on her Instagram account.

“Can’t wait for you all to see what we put together!” she wrote.

Aside from Banus, other cast members include Nick Adams of Fire Island, Ashley Fink of Glee, and Kyle Dean Massey of Nashville.

The Holiday Exchange is a film written by Taylor Frey and directed by Jake Helgren. The movie features a star-studded cast with Frey himself, Kyle Richards, and Rick Cosnett taking up leading roles. The plot follows a successful businessman as he struggles to move on from a recent breakup.

Frey takes on the role of Wilde, a businessman who recently sold his company and is set to celebrate the holidays as a single man. After encountering problems, he chooses to exchange homes with Oliver (Cosnett), an attractive Brilfax native, through an LGBTQ app.

While attempting to escape their troubles, they both cross paths with charming local men: Julius (Samer Salem) and Henry (Daniel Garcia), who add excitement to their stay. As a result, romance blooms in sunny L.A. and a picturesque, snowy town named Brilfax. Lola, portrayed by Richards, plays Wilde’s vibrant and supportive mother.

There’s no news as to when and where the film will be airing. But it’s worth noting that Frey’s last LGBTQ+ Christmas romance with director Jake Helgren, A Christmas to Treasure, was aired on Lifetime. Fans will just have to stay tuned for more details.

Gabi and Stefan Continue Their Plans

Back in Days of Our Lives, Gabi Hernandez (Camila Banus) and Stefan ( ) are strategizing the use of the shares once they are in Gabi’s possession. Despite their passionate attraction, they are attempting to refrain from getting intimate as Gabi stands to lose everything if she is unfaithful to Li Shin (Remington Hoffman). To be precise, if Li discovers her infidelity, Gabi faces losing everything.

Should Gabi and Stefan successfully execute their plan, they will be reunited by fall. They may even get to celebrate their first holiday season together as a couple after several years. However, if Gabi can sustain her marriage over the next five months, Li might be able to persuade her that they are meant to be together despite the obstacles.
