Jinger Vuolo Reunites With The Duggars After IBLP Expose
Duggar family news and updates tease that Jinger Vuolo reunited with some of the Duggar family members last weekend. Their get-together took place after she exposed the practices of the Institute of Basic Life Principles in her memoir.
Fans know that Jinger Vuolo made some noise after exposing the practices of the IBLP (Institute of Basic Life Principles). It’s been a while since she decided to break free from her family’s ultra-conservative values and religion.
In her new book titled Becoming Free Indeed, she detailed her faith journey. Jinger clarified that her memoir isn’t about her family but about the harmful practices of her former religion.
Many Family Members Participate in IBLP
Unfortunately, many of her family members are still actively participating in IBLP. Some of her relatives showed support, but others remained mum about her book. Now fans are wondering how her relationship stands with the rest of the Duggars.
Joy-Anna Forsyth posted a new video on YouTube over the weekend, in which she shared spending time with her sister Jinger Vuolo. The latter and Jeremy, together with their daughters, Felicity and Evangeline, traveled from Los Angeles, California, to Arkansas for a get-together with other Duggar family members.
In the video, it can be seen that Jim Bob Duggar also attended the reunion, although he and Jinger weren’t seen together. The video didn’t reveal much about the current status of her relationship with her parents. However, it’s still a good sign.
Jinger and Jeremy Vuolo Open Up About Josh Duggar
Jinger and her spouse Jeremy Vuolo recently had an interview with Allie Beth Stuckey from The Blaze. During the interview, the couple discussed the disturbing revelation of Josh Duggar’s crimes and the impact it had on them.
“It’s really hard to talk about that, for one, but I see with my brother there has been — it is the same heart of going to these standards, putting up all of these outward things to make your heart look good before others and I think that is really why I wrote this book,” Jinger said.
“In that time when my brother was about to be arrested, I was looking at all of these and thinking, man, the glory of God is just – it’s going to be dragged through the dirt because people think this is what it is,” she added.
Both Jeremy and Jinger also expressed concern that Josh’s actions would tarnish the reputation of Christianity.
