Love After Lockup Spoilers: Michael Simmons Arrested Again

Love After Lockup spoilers reveal that Michael Simmon has been arrested yet again! Not only did he appear on Love After Lockup, but fans saw him on Life After Lockup as well. It turns out that he was doing his best to stay out of trouble, but he did have a felony for child neglect and a warrant for his arrest. Now it turns out that he is facing two different felonies!

What Happened?

Simmons was actually booked in Miami- Dade County, Florida on March 16. This happened around 8 p.m. EST. He was charged with “a felony count of battery of a police officer and a felony count of resisting an officer with violence to his person.” In his mug shots, fans could see that it looks as if he was injured on his face during the altercation. There is an injury on his cheek and his fans are concerned about what happened to him. There has not been a statement made about his injuries as of yet.

 

There was a bond of $5,000 posted on the day that he was charged. He will have to go back to court on April 14 in order to plead his case. This is not the first time he has been in hot water. In fact, when he and his girlfriend, Maria were on the show, they both had criminal records.

Maria and Michael’s Relationship

Back in 2022, Maria and Michael were pleased to announce that they were having a baby together. They shared the news on their joint Instagram account. It turns out that Simmons already had two daughters with Sarah Simmons. Sarah was not a fan of Maria and trashed her every chance she got. Sarah spoke out about Maria saying, “I won’t tolerate a grown woman/mother using my child in a post just hoping to get to me. That’s straight trash.

I spoke to her myself making it clear I’ll never respect her or be cool with her after that one. She tried to apologize because she knows she was wrong but I won’t ever forgive someone for using my innocent 1 year old to attack me on social media.”

It is unclear what is going to happen to Michael with even more felonies on his record. He may go back to jail for a few months, but we cannot be sure until he goes back to court in April. Between him and Maria, they need to stay out of trouble before things go even further downhill for them. We will have to wait and see what happens.
