Days of our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for the week of March 20, 2023 divulge that there is a ton of torment and dramarama in Salem and beyond as the week unfolds. Who is coming and who is going? A legendary soap star is set to return to the soap where he started his daytime career and a couple of legacy characters see fit to hit the road.
One of those characters is pregnant and can’t handle sticking around Salem to face the consequences. No doubt this character and her baby will return to Salem one day to kick off a soapy plotline with tons of complications. Until then, it’s adios and off to Chicago.

Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) and Kyle Lowder (Rex Brady) have left Salem. Again.
Sarah is pregnant and has chosen to cut and run rather than face the consequences. When Kyle offered her an out by offering her a job at his hospital in Chicago, off they went.
Poor Maggie Kiriakis (Suzanne Rogers). Wait, no, she’s running Titan now, so there will be no time to mourn her daughter’s exit. Well who better than Maggie who has had to put up with Victor Kiriakis’ (the late John Aniston) ish for years—consider her new title a long overdue compensation.
DOOL spoilers: The week of March 20, 2023 Brings Back a Fan Fave
Legendary soap star Steve Burton is back to the Peacock sudser as Harris Michaels. Way before he played the iconic Stone Cold Jason Morgan on ABC’s General Hospital, Burton made his soapy debut on DOOL. He debuted as Harris in 1988 and was seen on the Peacock special Days of our Lives: Beyond Salem 2 in 2022.
Look for young blue eyes to first appear on Monday, March 20. When he shows up onscreen he will share scenes with Hope Brady (Kristian Alfonso).
Most fans remember Burton as assassin Jason Morgan on GH but he also appeared on CBS’ The Young and the Restless as Dylan MacAvoy in between GH stints.
