Love After Lockup Spoilers: Why Fans Think The Show Is Fake

Love After Lockup spoilers reveal that there have been many moments on the show that fans have seen as being fake. The franchise has been on WE Tv since 2018 and there have been about 160 episodes of all three shows.

The show is all about inmates and the loves of their lives. Once they are released from prison, viewers get a real chance to see them try to make things work in their relationship. As the seasons progress, some fans are decided that they think the show is faked.

Why Fans Think It’s Fake

There are multiple couples on these shows and fans have watched as they started to change their lives around to make things work. One of the main reasons that viewers feel it is fake is because of all of the actors that have appeared on the show. One of the first moments that came into question for fans was in season three of the show. Sarah Simmons broke up with her longtime man and her new boyfriend was introduced. His name is Malcolm Wooldridge. Of course, as soon as fans saw him, they just had to look him up on social media.

As fans looked up Malcolm, his job was listed as “actor” and this threw up some red flags for viewers. In fact, some thought that Malcolm was just acting as Sarah’s new man and that he was being paid to be on the show. As much as this seemed to be a compelling story, fans weren’t so sure it was true.

The Editing Mistakes

Editing comes into play on many reality shows. Redditors have brought it up that the editing really has gotten worse. In fact, they pointed out a lot of different haircuts in what should be the same scene. To add to it, Sarah Simmonds mentioned that as she was watching the show, her family dynamic was not represented in the way that the show promised.

Finally, viewers have heard some insight into the casting of the show. Apparently, WE Tv likes to choose couples that already have a lot of drama in their lives. They feel that if they already have this tension and drama, then they will be a great fit for the show. We will have to keep an eye on the show to see what happens next with the couples. We hope that the editing can get it together in order to show a better representation of the cast and their relationships.
