Days Of Our Lives spoilers, news, and updates tease that Mary Beth Evans is mourning the loss of her mother. The actress, who plays the role of Kayla Brady, shared the sad news on her Instagram account.

The actress posted a photo of her with her mother. In the caption, she wrote, “on Friday, Dec. 2, my mother, Dianne, passed away.”

“Although my parents were divorced when I was six years old, she had already laid a strong foundation of love and discipline that has carried us through our lives,” she continued.

In her lovely tribute, the actress revealed that her mom had been married seven times, but she’s not afraid to try again if needed. She’s the type of person who is known to be a “lover and nurturer by nature.” She’s also unconventional and left a lasting impression on everyone she has met.

“My three siblings and I, along with our spouses, made sure her life was as comfortable as we possibly could; and just in August, she told me she was happy and content,” Evans shared.

Evans revealed that her mother had been experiencing various medical issues in the past few months. It may be difficult for them to adapt to a life without their mom, but they managed to spend their last days with her.

After posting the emotional tribute, many of her cast mates offered her their support and condolences. Stephen Nichols left a comment

“So sorry for your loss, sweetheart. Dianne was one of a kind. I have many fond memories of the times we spent over the years when she came to see us,” he said.
