Days of Our Lives Spoilers: This Is What Brainwashing Does
Despite still feeling a pull to Gabi Hernandez (Camilla Banus), Dr. Wilhelm Rolf’s (Richard Wharton) brainwashing is still a center stage for Stefan O. DiMera (Brandon Barash). Whenever he feels something for Gabi, he gets confused and pushes it out of his mind. Then, he tries to pursue Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin).
As for Chloe, she definitely likes all the attention that Stefan is showing her and is still flattered that he remembered her birthday when not even Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) did when they were still together. This time when Stefan comes calling, he is even more persistent and romantic and it’s hard for Chloe to resist his charms.
Chloe Is Not Sure What To Do
Chloe definitely does not mind it when Stefan passionately kisses her and tells her that he is determined to make her forget all about Brady. In fact, she gets very into it and contemplates letting this go further, but then she puts her foot on the brakes because she is terrified of getting hurt once again.
“Chloe was really blindsided by Brady,” Nadia Bjorlin said in the November 14, 2022, issue of Soap Opera Digest. “It came out of nowhere and she doesn’t understand what happened.”
She knows that Stefan can make her forget it all, but she also knows it will be temporary. Plus, the fact that Stefan has also hurt her before weighs heavily on her mind.
“Chloe’s not sure that she can trust Stefan and his feelings. She’s not sure he and trust his own feelings at this point,” Bjorlin told Digest. “Also, Stefan burned her before and she’s not ready to be heartbroken again.”
