Days Of Our Lives Alum Chrishell Stause Gets People Choice Awards Nomination

All My Children alum, Chrishell Stause has been nominated at this year’s People Choice Award. The former soap star now turned reality television actress is best known for her run as Amanda Dillon on All My Children or Jordan Ridgeway on Days of Our Lives. She is now very popular in reality TV for her role on Netflix’s Selling Sunset for which she has been nominated.

Nominations Were Announced

Nominations for the popular awards were revealed this Wednesday morning for awards in the categories of motion pictures, television, music and pop culture. The event, hosted by SNL’s Kenan Thompson is scheduled to be held on Tuesday night, December 6th, and broadcast simultaneously on NBC and E! beginning at 9pm ET/8pm CT, and emanating from the Barker Hangar in Santa Monica, CA. Thompson also received a nomination for Comedy TV Star for the late night comedy show category.

Voting has started therefore fans can cast their votes online by going to VotePCA.com, and on Twitter. Voting will be held from today through Wednesday November 9th at 11:59 pm ET. Other notable stars who earned nominations are; Sterling K. Brown who recently wrapped his run as Randall on This Is Us as well as his co-star Mandy Moore who played Rebecca. Both were nominated for Male TV Star and Female TV Star respectively. Their show, This Is Us also earned a nomination for Best TV Show of 2022 and Best Drama. Stause’s Selling Sunset was nominated for Best Reality Show.

Daytime Talk Show Nominations

Daytime talks shows also earned nominations including; Live with Kelly and Ryan, The Ellen DeGeneres Show, The Kelly Clarkson Show, Good Morning America, The Drew Barrymore Show, The View, The Jennifer Hudson Show and Today with Hoda and Jenna.

Stause won the award for Best Reality Star this year at the MTV Movie and TV Awards. She was also nominated for a Daytime Emmy Award as Outstanding Guest Performer in a Drama Series in 2020 for her role as Jordan on Days of Our Lives. Congratulations to Stause and all those who have been nominated for this year’s People Choice Awards.
