Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: Chad And Stephanie Set A Trap For Sloan

Days of Our Lives spoilers and updates tease that Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) and Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein) will set a trap. Paulina Price (Jackée Harry) has asked for their help to outwit ambulance chaser Sloan Petersen (Jessica Serfaty) who’s blackmailing her over a supposed murder committed by Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens).

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: Client Has Incriminating Information

Sloan’s client appears to have incriminating information going back to Chanel’s college years regarding an alleged murder by Chanel, and her client wants payment or the information goes public. Of course, Sloan is hiding behind the guise of “attorney-client privilege” although she did hand a file redacting the client’s name to Paulina, likely containing a copy of the client interview. Paulina has talked to Chanel about the allegations, and she recalls the incident but denies it being murder; however, it did upset her that someone dug up this secret.

She was especially upset that this long-ago incident was being used to blackmail her mom, but Chanel also fears it’s enough to land her behind bars with no exonerating proof. Chanel and Paulina are both afraid of what the future could hold if the blackmailing dogs can’t be called off.

DOOL Spoilers: Fighting Fire With Fire

Stephanie and Chad signed on wholeheartedly to put these blackmailing rats out of commission, and during the week of October 24 they’ll work on setting a trap for Sloan. Chad will set up a distraction and play mind games with Sloan while Stephanie digs for some dirt to leverage her with, knowing sometimes you have to fight fire with fire. Stephanie knows she’s inherited some spy snooping genes from her father, and she’s going to take full advantage of them to help Paulina and Chanel.

She could take advantage of an unintended briefcase or do a background check and find Sloan’s not what she claims to be – perhaps evidence of something unethical that she could report. Stephanie’s main goal, however, likely will be to uncover who her client is and how they got the dirt on Chanel, and something to discredit both of them.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: Alex Kiriakis Could Mess It Up

It looks like the ever unwanted but ever present Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) could stumble upon Stephanie’s spy games and she’ll beg him not to rat her out. Lives could depend on what she finds and what she can use, and Stephanie may even have to invoke Chanel’s name to get Alex to back off, knowing they’re friends. That may be how Stephanie convinces Alex to get on board and help her get Chanel out of this mess, and her mother Paulina with her.

Paulina and Chanel will remain nervous and worried in the meantime, however, because it may be more difficult than first thought to eliminate Sloan’s threat. It may take Chad, Stephanie, Alex, and possibly even Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) and Abe Carver (James Reynolds) working to get them out of this mess.
