Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: EJ Confronts Johnny, Catches Him Snooping In His Office

Days of Our Lives spoilers and updates tease that EJ DiMera (Dan Feurreriegel) will confront his son Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman). He’ll catch him snooping in his office and he’ll know he’s up to no good, or he’ll be looking for dirt to prove EJ’s up to no good.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: Upset With Dad

Johnny’s pretty upset with his dad over what he considers to be a bunch of dirty tricks; he doesn’t like that he sets people up to trap them. That’s basically what he did with his good friend Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) although there was a smattering of truth in his allegations. Even so, EJ’s timing sucked; Ava was devastated when her fiancé Jake DiMera (Brandon Barash) died in her arms, and besides, it was all Gabi Hernandez’ (Camila Banus) idea.

Ava didn’t come up with the idea to fake marriage certificates on her own, and besides, she owned up to it and then left town. Johnny finds out she didn’t leave for long though she just had to get some time away and regroup, and besides, her son is in town.

DOOL Spoilers: Looking To Take His Father Down

Johnny is weary of his father’s controlling ways and duplicitous nature, and he goes in his office looking for evidence to take his father down. He had hoped maybe that his father had changed from being the poser and the user he once was, but he’s finding he’s the same old snake. Not to mention he acts every bit the entitled snob he is, it makes Johnny want to vomit; he doesn’t understand why Grandma Susan Banks (Stacy Haiduk) puts up with it. She’s friendly and down to earth, and even though she’s a little weird at times Johnny loves her; and he respects his Nonno Stefano DiMera (Joseph Mascolo). How his father became how he is leaves Johnny scratching his head-he has to find something in that office of his.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: No Trust There

It’s pretty obvious that between father and son, there’s no trust there-EJ’s always pushed Johnny to the business world but Johnny hates it. So when EJ comes upon Johnny snooping around his office, where he keeps his private files and other things, he comes down on Johnny, and hard. Johnny’s looking to prove that EJ himself forged his late uncle Jake’s signature on the marriage certificate because Ava hadn’t even gotten one.

Johnny thinks EJ drew up and forged the document himself in order to take the shares from Ava even if she did admit to the marriage being fake. He knows his greedy father is all about money and wealth, and robbing poor widows wouldn’t be beneath him.
