Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: Chanel’s Past Exposed, What Price Will She Pay?

Days of Our Lives spoilers tease that Chanel Dupris (Raven Bowens) has made a nice life for herself since she came to Salem over a year ago. At first glance, Chanel seemed to be a spoiled rich girl who has a taste for the finer things in life. Her mother, Paulina Price (Jackie Harry) cut off Chanel’s credit cards. Chanel’s first impulse was to marry Xander Cook (Paul Tefler) and they planned to scam Jackie. Xander would reveal the marriage to Paulina and demand a payoff to end the marriage which he would then split with Chanel.

Paulina discovered that Chanel was in on Xander’s scheme and refused to pay. Eventually, Chanel renewed her friendship with Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold) and the two of them opened up a bakery inside Horton Square. Chanel eventually began dating Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) and they married. The marriage didn’t last and now Chanel and Allie have become romantically involved and are quite happy together.

Paulina has decided to run for Governor, but she failed to take into consideration that she helped Chanel cover up either a criminal act or a moment of negligence that could have had terrible consequences. But Paulina swept it all under the rug… until now. Sloan Peterson (Jessica Serfaty) has recently been contacted by someone who knows what Chanel did. Sloan is acting as a go-between for this mystery person who is demanding a large sum of money to keep quiet. Paulina certainly won’t give in, but that means that Chanel’s past will be made public.

The bakery will certainly lose business if Chanel’s sordid past is made public. Public opinion may completely turn against Chanel. Chanel hasn’t told Allie what she did that could have been so awful. And while Allie would probably have forgiven Chanel if she had been told. But her secret is out now, and Allie may be forced to walk away in order to save her own reputation. Could whatever Chanel did so long ago still ruin her life today?
