Wendy is hoping that she will be able to get help from her brother Li Shin (Remington Hoffman). Wendy is going to find out that Li has been having trouble with his personal and professional life. Li has been in a relationship with Gabi Hernandez (Camila Banus). Li wants to get married to Gabi but he may lose Gabi. Li knows that Gabi wants to reunite with her past love Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash). Li was shocked to find out that Dr. Wilhelm Rolf (Richard Wharton) had been able to bring Stefan back from the brink of death.

Li hopes that Dr. Rolf was able to condition Stefan to want to be with Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin). Li and Gabi were taken aback when they found out that Stefan was working with his brother EJ DiMera (Daniel Feuerriegel) to take over DiMera Enterprised from Gabi. Li is working to help to keep Gabi in her position as CEO of DiMera Enterprises. Li is preoccupied with helping Gabi and may feel that he does not have the time to help Wendy with her problems. Wendy will be upset that Li may not give her the help she needs.

Wendy may find that she has a chance encounter with Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman). Wendy wants to get help from Li but may be able to get help from Johnny. Johnny has wanted to help Ava because she has been trying to deal with EJ.

Johnny had thought that he might get into a relationship with Ava but she wanted to remain his friend. Johnny may decide that he wants to help Wendy to deal with her problems.
