Carlin Bates shared a lovely post with her followers last week. She showed how much her children, Layla Rae and Zade Patrick Stewart, had changed by posting side-by-side pictures of them. Read on to learn more and see how the kids have changed over the years.
In case you missed it, Carlin Stewart and her husband, Evan Stewart, had their second kid in March. So, Layla became an older sister!
Carlin disclosed Layla’s feelings for Zade in her four-month update. She wrote from Zade’s perspective:
“My big sis is always trying to hold me, but it normally only last a few seconds before she’s yelling out, ‘too heavy’. She never forgets to leave me with a big kiss.” Carlin Bates reflects on the growth of her children, Layla and Zade, and their relationship.

Last week, Carlin Bates Stewart took her Instagram followers on a trip down memory lane. She posted some adorable and sad pictures of her two young kids. The first photo of newborn Zade was taken the day he came home from the hospital.
Layla and Zade are wearing matching blue clothes in the picture. The new big sister is comforting her brother by putting her arm around him. He was just a few days old when this photo was taken on March 31, 2022.
Layla and Zade match again in the second picture. This picture was taken on Sept. 22, 2022. This time, they’re wearing black pajamas with a pumpkin design. They’ve grown a lot in recent months.
