Love During Lockup Spoilers: New Season Promises Insane Drama

WEtv is excited about the new season of Love During Lockup and where it will take us this year. They have just shared a promo trailer for the second season and already, fans are shocked at the insane drama that we will see this season!

When Will It Premiere?

From the trailer, we can see that tension will be higher than ever and the tears won’t stop falling for these couples. This spin-off series has gotten a lot of attention from viewers of Love After Lockup and Life After Lockup and it looks as if season two will not disappoint. There will be one couple that is very familiar to us all and we will get to see them again on October 18 for the season premiere.

With one familiar couple, there are also a lot of new couples joining this season and they will add more drama than any of us ever imagined!

Let’s Meet the Couples

Tai and Hottie are the couples that are returning to the show and we will see some commitment issues happening with them. Tai’s friends aren’t sure what is going on in their relationship, but Hottie could finally be ready to commit to her. He did propose to Tai, even though he knew she had a girlfriend. Was that the best decision and will Tai decide that she does want to be with him? Tai is very complicated with a girlfriend, a boyfriend on the side, and a new love interest that is also an inmate. The final plot twist is that her boss is also interested in getting to know her better!

An Ohio couple, Mike and Chelsea will also appear on the show and they met in a Facebook inmate pen pal group. Chelsea is deaf, but Mike decided to learn sign language so he can communicate with her. They are going to finally meet face to face, but Mike has been hiding something horrible from Chelsea! Emily and Dauri join the cast for this season as well. They ended up falling for one another very quickly and as Emily has been working on her degree in Criminal Justice, she has some things that she needs to figure out about Dauri.

Melissa is from New Jersey and she has been looking for love and when she was working as a mail carrier, she sees that inmates are getting a lot of mail and she thinks this could be an exciting way to connect with someone. She actually finds her old high school crush on an inmate pen pal list and starts to connect with him. Her feelings grow much stronger than she anticipated.

Love is in the air and so is the drama and we can’t wait to see what happens on the new season.
