OutDaughtered Star Adam Busby Revisits A New Season

In April last year, as the finale of OutDaughtered approached, fans had no idea that they wouldn’t see Adam Busby and Danielle find any resolution to her health concerns. Also last year, fans didn’t know that a vacation to Florida would be the last for a long time to play out on their screens. Now, fans know that the family took a  hiatus. This week, Adam revisited a new season. So, did he confirm when it will drop?

OutDaughtered Updates From Adam Busby About A New Season

Fans didn’t see Danielle resolve her health crisis in the last season. However, those who follow them on social media got some answers. Well, it turned out that she didn’t have a heart issue. Nevertheless, she does have some sort of autoimmune problem. And, she really has to watch her diet. Apparnently, a whole range of things can trigger an allergic reaction. So, she isn’t 100 percent well, but she works on managing her ill health.

OutDaughtered fans thought that might be the reason why the show wasn’t greenlit for a new season. Then, Adam hinted that they might not get another season, and promised a full update. When it came, fans found out that they took a hiatus for a year. Adam and Danielle explained that the family all needed a break from the constant presence of a film crew.

OutDaughtered Q&A Reveals More About A New Season

Adam Busby took to his Instagram Stories on September 15 and did a Q&A. After answering some of the questions, he mentioned that they fully intend to start a podcast. That way, fans can find out more about them. In fact, it might prevent them from having to answer the same questions all the time. Next, he talked about a new season of the show on TLC.

The OutDaughtered dad explained once again, that they took hiatus of just over a year. Additionally, he pointed out that the hiatus time has now ended. So, did he deliver good news about the new season? Unfortunately, not much followed that can get hearts racing with joy. Actually, he did elaborate on why they took the hiatus.

The Kid Knew No ‘Normal’ Without A Film Crew

OutDaughtered fans watched the quints ever since they were born. Over the years, they saw Blayke grow from being a four-year-old to being a young teen. So, Adam Busby explained that the kids simply didn’t know what life was like without a film crew in their lives all the time. Therefore, they wanted the kids to enjoy life as other folks do. As to whether they start filming again soon, it sounds up in the air.

Adam said that nothing concrete has been decided yet. And, it seems that the kids will have a lot of input on it. However, he did say that “something” is happening, and he hopes to give more feedback “soon.”  Hopefully, he can’t say anything else because of an NDA contract. That might mean either a new show or a continuation announcement with TLC arrives in the near future.
