90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After? – Did TLC Misread The Audience?

90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After? - Did TLC Misread The Audience?90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After? Season 7 arrived on TLC and Discovery+ on August 28 and fans are grumpy about the cast. Naturally, they expect to see old faces on the show as it usually, follows on from the original. Actually, these days, there are so many spinoffs and new faces that it’s hard to keep up. TLC seems delighted with its cast choice for the new season, but fans seem to think the network misread the mood.

90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After? TLC Cast Includes Big Ed

Big Ed Brown and Liz are back. Can you hear the rejoicing? Right, we can’t either. Their on-again, off-again relationship grows wearisome. And anyway, he lost his flavor when, to the delight of fans, Rose Vega dumped him and found success as a model. Apart from that, many critics think he has an unhealthy desire to engage with very young viewers.

90 Day Fiance fans also question why the heck Kim and Usman are on the show again. After all, it’s not like they made it down the aisle. Frankly, when it comes to Jenny and Sumit, everyone has had enough of seeing her failing in the kitchen. With Angela Deem and her over-the-top behavior, fans are just about done with it. Not to mention the toxic family of Elizabeth and Andrei. Scraping the barrel puts Yara and Jovi as best-favored, a previously unlikely scenario.

90 Day Fiance Teaser Caption Reveals A Misread?

Ahead of the premiere of Season 7, TLC posted up a teaser for the show. In their caption, they wrote, “We’re happy and you know it! It’s #90DayFiance premiere night.” Errm…nope. A busload of people are anything but happy with the casting choices. Actually, from the comments, it does seem like TLC completely ignores any feedback that fans give the network.

Bashing TLC’s Casting

One 90 Day Fiance fans responded to the caption by saying, “Angela and big Pred sealed it for me. Wont be there as i cant stand either of them.”

Another person commented about everyone, saying, “So tired of these characters. Can’t watch anymore.”

Here’s another typical comment: “Hard pass. Please stop recycling the worst clout chasers/human beings! 🤦‍♀️ #nope #notwatchingthisone.”

Talking about happiness with the casting, one follower simply wrote, “No, no and no.”
