Pumpkin has been of great help to Alana’ Honey Boo Boo’ Thompson. Alana sees her as the “mother figure” she had always wanted. Pumpkin had always been the only one she could rely on since 2019. Now that Pumpkin has given birth, Alana is stepping up and returning the favor.

After the successful delivery of the twins, Pumpkin and the rest of her extended family took a trip to California. It was partly fun and business. Now during this trip, the family needed some help with the kids.

Fortunately, Alana and her boyfriend, Dralin Carswell, took control of the situation. Reports from The Sun revealed that the family spent some time at Universal Studios. Josh was pictured holding Bentley while Alana and her boyfriend manned the twins’ strollers.
