The reviews are in. The Days of Our Lives spin-off show Beyond Salem has debuted its second chapter on Peacock and needless to say, fans are loving every minute of it. Here’s what you need to know.

All of the Days of Our Lives fan favorite and originals are back including Hope and Bo, John, Paul and even Harris Michaels (played by Steve Burton) are all back. What makes this chapter particularly exciting is that the writers are taking the viewers on a journey way beyond Salem from Hong Kong to Monaco and even Montreal. But as many of our favorite Salemites reunite again, there are some mysterious foes that come between them, which only means that there will be plenty of drama!

Of course, it didn’t take very long for daytime television fans to weigh in on the second chapter of the hit spin-off show. Many of them took to social media to write comments such as, “Exciting and campy, I’m enjoying this.

Hope and Ciara had very emotional interplay and Bo was the rebel I’d expect in heaven—with looks, charm and so much heart, he’s now a heavenly bad boy whom I hope will be resurrected on earth and reunited with Hope. Can’t wait for more! Hope and Bo deserve their own Days series,” along with, “John at the Pride party was loads of fun! Couldn’t blame the guy who was trying to hit on him. He is a silver fox. Also Steve’s ‘what’s that in your hair’ and John (with his ISA face) glitter. I about died laughing.”

Another fan wrote, “OMG I don’t know what to say! In the span of the VERY brief conversation Ciara had with Hope, Michaels went from San Francisco to Seattle (with a hostage in tow) and had time to get a van and 5 pizzas…. And the license plate on the van switched doors!! (soaps are fun!!)

Someone will have to refresh me what happened to Paul that he needed to recover. I vaguely remember him leaving Salem with his therapist, but can’t recall what happened prior to that. He’s been gone too long!”
