Lucas Reacts To A Fan’s Post On Reddit

In response, this was what Lucas had to say: Honestly, every time I see Dr. Now he’s making sure I’m eating healthy. He wants me to cut out extra fatty and sugary foods. Dr. Now doesn’t call long after surgery diet “dieting” but rather just having a normal eating routine. Make sure to eat this portion of meats, this portion of greens, cut out most of the carbs, etc. I would say from experience he wants us to cut out the unhealthy foods even when we achieve a healthy weight,” Lucas said.

According to him, Dr. Now wants all participants to maintain the habit of eating right, less and less often. He admits that it hasn’t been an easy journey but it has been worth it.
