Days of our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that there are a whole host of changes coming to Salem this week. Sadly fans must say goodbye to a Horton Square favorite couple, right on the heels of the passing of Abigail Deveraux DiMera (Marci Miller). The lass was murdered and the list of potential killers is lengthy which is surprising given that she was sweet as molasses. Could it have been her sour as mash sister Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) who did the deed?

The one name baddie Orpheus (George DelHoyo) is back to deliver a dose of menace. He will give unexpected news to his son Evan (Brock Kelly) on Tuesday, June 28.

Also coming back is actor Casey Moss as JJ Deveraux. He returns to town after his sister’s murder. Look for him and Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) to have a touching reconnect on Wednesday, June 29.

Well, this is hard news to deliver—a fan fave couple is off the canvas. Lamon Archey and Sal Stowers are leaving Salem. Archey debuted in 2017 and this week he makes his final appearance as Eli Grant.
Archey was first a contract player but had been bumped to recurring while also starring on Fox’s All American.
Stowers plays Eli’s wife Lani Price Grant; she debuted in 2015. Her last airdate is Friday, July 1.
Days of our Lives spoilers: The week of June 27, 2022 Brings Departure News
Last week Lani confessed to killing her biological bad dad TR Coates (William Christian) at her mom and her other dad’s wedding. Weren’t Paulina Price (Jackee Harry) and Abe Carver (James Reynolds) along with half of Salem surprised. Julie (Susan Seaforth Hayes) and her snoopy self finally put her sneakiness to good use by getting the whole gathering to agree not to spill Lani’s secret.
Alas, Lani is too conscientious for that and Eli took her down to the station to book her. The future does not look bright for Lani but at least Lani will now stop seeing TR’s moldy face everywhere she looks.
