He was thrown out of the priesthood because of what he did to Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) and Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold) without permission.

Kate thinks she’ll benefit from Eric’s defrocking. She hopes that he’ll reunite with Nicole. Unfortunately, the latter dismisses the idea because he doesn’t want to ruin Nicole’s relationship with Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering).

Nicole Declines Rafe’s Marriage Proposal?

As for Rafe, he’ll worry that Nicole may still have some feelings for Eric. Nicole will find an engagement ring, and Rafe will eventually pop the question. However, Nicole will have second thoughts about accepting his proposal, leaving Rafe worried that she may still have some lingering feelings for Eric.

Will Sami Finally Learn About Lucas’ Secret?

Fans may recall that Lucas Horton (Bryan Dattilo) was responsible for Sami Brady’s (Alison Sweeney) kidnapping on her wedding day. He then got help from Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) in framing EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) for her snatching.

Lucas has been keeping this massive secret. Viewers know that he stopped Sami from reuniting with the love of her life and changed the course of her life totally.

Given that soap operas are known to reveal secrets in dramatic ways, Sami may finally uncover Lucas’ secret during their wedding day. The preview spoilers for the daytime drama hint that Sami and Lucas will soon be engaged.
