He is desperate after what happened with Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) and feeling not a little bit guilty about moving on so fast with Sarah’s tormenter. Xander dodged a bullet when his wedding to Gwen was interrupted by Abigail DiMera (Marci Miller) and the truth about Gwen’s evil ways. She switched Sarah’s antidote for another dose of the mind-altering drug, and now Sarah is drawing stick figures and calling for her mommy.

If there is any hope for Sarah, Xander will be the man to see that it happens. But he has a lot going against him. Sarah has had two doses of the mind-altering drug and has been out of reality for a long time now.

Explosive show spoilers tease that Xander may risk his own sanity to save his true love. He now knows that evil Gwen supposedly got rid of the syringe containing the real antidote that Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) acquired from Rolf. But does that mean there are no more doses? Rolf can do anything right, he’s an evil genius!

Will Rolf be enticed whip up another miracle cure? Surely, the price will be steep, perhaps a get out of jail free card?

Rolf may be able to help Sarah but will her family have the means to satisfy his demands? What if Rolf will only save Sarah if he himself is freed? Then again, if Xander does score the drug, he must take it to Maggie Kiriakis (Suzanne Rogers) and she must agree to administer it.

Maggie was undecided about giving Sarah the drug in the first place. Xander will have to explain what went wrong at Gwen’s hands, and even then, Maggie may not want to give Sarah another injection of lawd knows what. Maggie may fear the dose could turn her daughter into a vegetable!

Xander will have to pull out all of the stops to make this miracle happen—is he up to the task? He is a smooth talker, and Maggie has a soft spot for him. If she does agree to the injection, what will happen to Sarah–it could be a life or death decision that changes everything!
