Days of our Lives Brings Back a Bad Girl
Heather Lindell has long delighted DOOL fans as the bad girl on the block. Why is Jan so twisted?
Whatever the reason for Jan’s weird obsessions and passions, she is back to wreak havoc starting on Monday, April 4. She has long had it in for town sweetheart Belle Black Brady (Martha Madison) and this time out is no different. Look for Jan to ask Belle to visit her at Statesville prison.
Lindell was last seen in December of 2021. Fans will recall that is when MarDevil (Deidre Hall) woke Jan up from her coma and caused her to run wild with Belle’s hubby Shawn Brady (Brandon Beemer). Jan seduced Shawn as “Belle” and the legal eagle caught them red handed.

The devil was behind everything but it looks like Jan will have a whopper of a tale to tell when she returns to Belle’s life.
Jan debuted way back in April 1999 with Natalie Ramsey in the role. Heather Lauren Olson played the character from 1999-2004, and Lindell came on board in 2004. She was seen in the web series LAST BLAST REUNION in 2019 and has been seen off and on since then.
Way back when Jan was part of the teen crowd that harassed Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin), calling her Ghoul Girl and other immature things.
She is obsessed with Shawn and Belle and has devoted her life to trying to break up the happy couple. Will having Shawn’s “baby” do the trick?
DOOL Comings & Goings: Jan Spears Returns
When Jan emerged from a previous coma in spring 2021, she was delighted to learn that Belle was arrested for the murder of Charlie Dale. That’s because she was the one who shot the bad guy, masquerading as Belle. Eventually Belle and Shawn figured out the truth but a series of twisted events caused Jan to be back in a coma. Last December, MarDevil brought Jan back to the land of the conscious and now there will be the devil to pay!
