Return to Amish: Did Jeremy Drop A Hint About Filming A New Season?

Return to Amish spoilers and updates tease that fans are riled up after Jeremiah Raber seemed to have dropped a hint that the show is filming a new season.

In his latest Instagram session, Jeremiah said that “a season has already been filmed.” He added that they’re just waiting for TLC to make an official announcement. Based on what happened in the past, TLC normally announces a new season until it’s close to the premiere date. Since Jeremiah mentioned it already on social media then the new season premiere may be closer than fans may think.

Return To Amish: What Happened in the Last Season?

TLC’s Return to Amish followed the story of Amish people who leave their lifestyle in order to explore English life. In the last season, Jeremiah went on a quest to find his biological father. He’s been on the show for a few seasons but Return to Amish also introduced a few newcomers. Not only that, but the COVID-19 pandemic also affected how their stories evolved on the show.

Fans may recall that Maureen and Rosanna left their Amish community to see what the world has to offer them. They experienced love and romance as they explored the English lifestyle. Maureen fell in love and got engaged with a cab driver who was a former Amish.

Meanwhile, Rosanna got together with Johnny and she gave birth to a baby girl. As for Carmela and Jeremiah, the couple who had a controversial relationship, have confirmed their breakup. Jeremiah may be considering moving to Ohio so he could be closer to his family.

Where are the Other Cast Members Today?

In season 1, Abe Schmucker and Rebecca Byler-Schmucker tied the knot. They had a tumultuous relationship with Abe’s mom, Mama Mary, and sister, Katie Ann Schmucker. Despite the trials, the couple is still together. Abe and Rebecca left the show after season 4 ended in 2017.

Kate Stoltzfus is focused on her fashion career. She modeled for Maxim and started her own fashion line. She attended the Fashion Institute of Design (FIT) school in New York and worked under Cynthia Rowley and Jason Wu. As for Sabrina Burkholder, she has maintained her sobriety and is currently in a relationship with Jethro Nolt. They share three sons, Zekiah, Skylar, and Kalani.
