Days of Our Lives viewers can expect that Beth will contact Eli about Coates, and considering the news she relays is alarming, not only has he not changed, but there’s a good possibility he became worse! Many Days of Our Lives viewers unfortunately either have been or known someone who’s been in an abusive relationship with a partner, and know that is a cycle that is not easily broken. Abusers go back and forth between being the best person you could think of and the kindest, and then something triggers them and they snap and it’s like being with Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde – and of course they are always sorry and always promise to change.

Their victims think they are changing when they’re in their Dr. Jekyll stages but then they turn into Mr. Hyde again and they are conditioned to think they’ve done something wrong and live their lives walking on eggshells. It takes a very strong person to learn to love themselves more than the pseudo-love they get from their abuser, and to walk away!

DOOL Spoilers – Beth’s News Is Alarming Enough For Eli Grant To Go After TR Coates

Days of Our Lives viewers will see that what Beth reveals to Eli is alarming enough for him to go after Coates, and confront him about what he’s learned; he won’t want this man anywhere near any of the women in Salem! Days of Our Lives viewers know that what he learned about how Coates mistreated Paulina Price (Jackeé Harry) back years ago was frightening enough to keep Lani Grant’s (Sal Stowers) paternity a secret for years and give her to her sister to raise!

It sounds like “Ray” was one tough customer back years ago, and from what Eli learns from Beth, not that much has changed over the years, and Beth may have been treated even worse – after all, abusers tend to become worse too. They just get bolder and bolder and think they’re going to get away with more and more, until someone stands up for themselves and leaves, and Beth may reveal some criminal activity besides!

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Will TR Coates Show His True Colors?

Other Days of Our Lives spoilers tease that when Eli catches up with Coates, there will be an explosive confrontation and Eli will get the short end of the stick, or perhaps that should say the business end of a gun! Lani and Shawn Brady (Brandon Beemer) will come across a shocking crime scene, and that could be the same scene that Coates just left, with Eli lying in a pool of blood! Days of Our Lives viewers will wonder if Coates will flee Salem at this point, but it doesn’t look like he does – there will be other confrontations as he’ll run into Abe Carver (James Reynolds), and that certainly won’t be a peaceful chat! Shawn, in the meanwhile will continue to investigate Eli’s shooting, but will it be Coates who shot him or maybe Beth trying to set him up?
