Welcome to Plathville might not be as interesting without family members like Moriah Plath.

She’s colorful, vibrant, and full of life and it’s been said that she’s also an incredible singer.

On the show, Moriah stars alongside her parents Barry and Kim Plath, siblings Micah, Lydia, Isaac, Amber, Cassia, Mercy, and Ethan Plath, as well as Ethan’s wife Olivia.

The show centers around the Plaths on a 50-acre farm in rural Georgia town.

With the family being very strict, conservative, and traditional, it makes for some serious drama among the children.

Welcome to Plathville: The Strictness Takes a Toll

The children are limited on how many video games they can play and must follow strict rules on manners and etiquette.

A couple of the Welcome to Plathville children have strayed from the strict rules that Kim and Barry have imposed.

Though the strict upbringing has taken a toll on Ethan and Olivia’s marriage due to Kim and Barry never approving of his wife, it seems that Moriah Plath is flourishing and even making a go at being a singer in a band.

Fans may recall back on episode 3 of season 2 of Welcome to Plathville, Moriah wrote a song for her boyfriend.

Fans seemed thrilled to get a glimpse into Moriah’s musical talents.

As a result of the fame that was afforded Moriah, from the popularity of the reality TV show, she already had a growing fan base from which to pull.

From the family’s YouTube channel it’s clear, there is musical talent throughout the brood of Plath children, but fans can see that Moriah’s talent stands out considerably.

Welcome to Plathville: Olivia Plath is Part of the Band

The Welcome to Plathville star recently had to make a tough decision when it came to her strict parents regarding her musical career.

As fans know, Moriah now sings in her own band.

What fans may not know is that Olivia Plath is part of that band, and they had a concert coming up in Tallahassee.

Olivia told Moriah that she would not participate if her in-laws were going to be there.

This is when Moriah had to break the news to her parents.
