Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that an angry Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes) will confront Dr. Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) over being allowed to see Doug Williams (Bill Hayes) in Bayview in an upcoming episode of Days of Our Lives!

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Julie Williams Doesn’t Realize It, But Doug Williams Had A Devil Of A Problem!

Days of Our Lives viewers will recall that when Doug first started acting strange, it was thought that perhaps the aging Doug, in his mid-nineties, may have been experiencing the symptoms of pre-senile dementia. Julie wasn’t having any of that, even after he locked her in a freezer in Julie’s Place and later told Roman Brady (Josh Taylor) some very ugly things about Julie! Days of Our Lives viewers will remember that eventually Doug was checked out by Dr. Marlena Evans, only to find out the devil had been influencing Doug and wanted to get into Marlena again!

Doug knows exactly what happened and tried to warn Julie, Eli Grant, (Lamon Archey) and even John Black (Drake Hogestyn) but no one knew what he meant by “he left me and went into her”! Then, when everyone was out of the room he tried to fight the devil in Marlena and she knocked him out with a tray-Julie came back in the hospital room and Marlena, influenced by the devil, told her Doug attacked her and she fought back! Then Julie had no choice but to allow Doug to be put in Bayview!

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Marlena Evans Told Julie Williams That Doug Williams Could Not Have Visitors

Days of Our Lives viewers will recall that once Doug was in Bayview, he was to have no visitors. Days of Our Lives viewers who may be familiar with mental hospital protocols know that when the evaluation period is taking place, that usually is true. That “attack” was basis for Doug to be involuntarily committed legally as a danger to himself or others, which usually constitutes grounds for what the psychiatric profession calls a “72 hour hold”.

The patient then is evaluated in either a mental health facility or a psychiatric section of a regular hospital. But Doug is in there because the devil in Marlena wants to make sure he doesn’t reveal the truth to anyone, and so he will influence Marlena to not allow Doug to have any visitors past the 72 hour period! Days of Our Lives viewers can expect that will make Julie hopping mad at Marlena!

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Julie Williams Confronts Marlena Evans

Days of Our Lives viewers will see Julie in all her righteous anger glory pounce on Marlena and demand to see her husband! Days of Our Lives viewers know that Julie knows a little bit about these kind of things, having seen her former aunt in law Laura Horton (most recently Jaime Lyn Bauer) be put in a mental hospital and remain for many years.

That was why Jennifer Horton Deveraux (most recently Cady McClain) came to live with Doug and Julie and was raised with Hope Brady (Kristian Alfonso) as a sister. Julie knows how things work and she’ll call Marlena on not allowing Doug visitors past the 72 hours! She’ll also cite how family support is crucial for a patient to recover and how emotional support is also crucial; but it won’t do any good. Julie will actually put herself in danger for demanding Doug’s rights to have visitors, and in particular, his wife!
