Counting On Spoilers: Josh Duggar Claims To Have An Alibi And The Judge Orders Him To Produce It
Counting On Spoilers suggest that Josh Duggar, who is facing child pornography charges has been recently ordered to produce his alibi. Will Duggar produce something credible or is this a smokescreen?
Josh Claims He Is Innocent
Counting On’s Josh claims that he is innocent of the child pornography charges that were filed against him earlier this year. However, so far no one has seen any proof of this or an alibi. However, that could soon change.
Federal investigators have been working on this case for well over a year and made the arrest in the spring. Critics fully believe that Josh is guilty and refuse to cut him any slack. However, Jim Bob Duggar defends his son and wants to “sweep this under the rug.” Of course, that is the same route that Jim Bob took when Josh molested his sisters as well.
Josh Must Provide An Alibi
Counting On’s Josh Duggar must provide an alibi to the court. Josh’s legal team is working on his defense and trying to prove his innocence. However, the court has demanded that Josh release any alibi defense including the specific place where he was at the time of the offense. Of course, this also likely includes anyone who can collaborate his story as well.
If Duggar can prove that he was with someone at the time that would go a long way to proving his innocence. Duggar needs an alibi for May 14, 2019, through May 16, 2019, between 11 a.m. and 7 p.m. at Wholesale Motors in Tontitown, Arkansas. The court is requesting the name, address, and phone number for every alibi witness that Duggar plans to use.
Witnesses Admit To Using The Internet
Court papers have been released that prove that two witnesses accessed the internet at the car lot. However, only one witness has admitted to anything porn-related. According to court papers, “Witness #1 admitted to investigators he worked at the Car Lot at various times and that, on several occasions, he even stayed at the Car Lot overnight without Duggar’s knowledge or permission. Witness #1 admitted to viewing adult pornography through websites he accessed through the internet on his cellular phone and, when asked by these federal agents, denied viewing child pornography.”
Duggar’s trial is slated to start on November 30, 2021, and it is unclear at the present time what his defense will be. Will Duggar’s alibi defense work? Do you believe he is guilty or innocent? It seems like fans will get answers soon since his trial starts next month.
Most of the Duggars have social media accounts so fans will be able to keep up with their lives whether the show is picked up or not. Be sure to catch up on everything happening with Counting On right now. Come back here often for Counting On spoilers, news, and updates.
