Geoffrey always claimed that the charges against him were manufactured. Actually, a custody dispute lay behind it, he suggested. Confident that he’d win out, it all backfired. Clearly, as a fan pointed out last year, domestic charges are hard to get off in Tennessee. With one charge dropped, he faced three after that. Well, rumors came along that he and Varya Malina remained in love, and fans thought they spotted a ring. For now, it looks like any future with him ended.

If the 90 Day Fiancé ends up being bars, most likely, his custody issues come into focus. The custody dispute came via an ex-wife. Meanwhile, the kidnapping and battery charges came from an ex-girlfriend. Sadly, his sons who live a relatively rural life in Tennessee, probably won’t see their dad for a long time. Another sad story that TLC fans heard about was the death of his youngest child, Kazhem Hain Paschel. Well, jail looms for Geffrey, and his many fans probably feel heartbroken.

CheatSheet reported that a moment of hope came during the trial this week. The outlet noted, “there was nearly a mistrial before the jury made the verdict due to the victim bringing up more alleged abuse on the stand.” However, the judge cleared the potential mistrial. When the jury returned with three findings of guilty, Geoffrey Paschel naturally looked shocked. Probably, his 214K Instagram followers feel utterly shocked as well.

The 90 Day Fiancé star faces his sentencing on December 3. In the meantime, the outdoorsman and nature lover ended up handcuffed and led away. Until his sentencing, he sits in the Knox County Jail. Then, he potentially faces a very long time behind bars. When Blogger John Yates shared the news, some fans seemed a bit flummoxed.

Apparently, the complaint said he knocked her unconscious. However, a fan noted that she seemed able to recollect her entire story.
