Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers reveal that Sami DiMera (Alison Sweeney) was kidnapped but nobody realizes she has been taken against her will. There are a lot of theories on who is responsible. Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun), Lucas Horton (Bryan Dattilo) and Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) are a few suspects. However, EJ DiMera isn’t responsible, Dan Feuerriegel hinted.

EJ DiMera’s Fury

DOOL spoilers reveal that Sami and EJ’s marriage was in serious trouble ever since he recovered from his “death.” EJ seemed like he was back to normal but he couldn’t connect with Sami. So, when “Lumi” saw each other again, they ended up in bed. It kept happening until EJ arrived in Salem and tried to win Sami’s heart again.

EJ was unaware that Sami and Lucas were having an affair. Sami tried to keep her cheating a secret but EJ eventually found out. He was understandably angry and wanted nothing to do with Sami.

DOOL Spoilers: Mysterious Abduction

EJ kicked Sami out of the DiMera mansion, so she decided to ask Gabi Hernandez (Camila Banus) if she could stay. At the time, Gabi owned the mansion so she would have been able to make that call. Before Sami could ask Gabi, though, she was chloroformed and dragged away by a mysterious person.

When Sami’s loved ones began to worry about her, a text message was sent claiming that she needed time away. There was no indication that anything was wrong or that the text wasn’t sent by Sami. Even when Sami allegedly called Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman), the line had a lot of static and then went dead. Sami — or the person who is holding her hostage — sent Johnny a text with an excuse why they couldn’t talk.

Dan Feuerriegel Discusses Storyline

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that Feuerriegel spoke to Soap Opera Digest about EJ and Nicole Walker’s (Arianne Zucker) romance. During that interview, the actor indicated that EJ is heartbroken that Sami never came back. Now, EJ is simply trying to move on. At the same time, the actor teased that a part of EJ is also trying to lure Sami back by making her jealous. This sounds like EJ can’t be the person responsible for Sami’s kidnapping. So, who is behind the abduction then?

Days of Our Lives Spoilers: Who Kidnapped Sami DiMera?

There are a few different theories, including Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun), Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk), Lucas and some even think that Sami arranged it herself. It seems that the most likely suspect is Ava, who was determined to punish Sami for destroying Nicole’s marriage. When Nicole lost Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan), it put Ava’s romance with Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) at risk. Plus, she warned Sami not to mess with her friend.

Ava is living in Rafe’s house and Sami was kidnapped right by the back door. It was broad daylight and there were no witnesses, so Sami was dragged somewhere nearby. Plus, Ava hasn’t mentioned Sami since. So, Ava or one of her mob contacts must be responsible. However, where did they stash Sami and how will she end up being rescued? We will have to keep watching the NBC soap to find out.
