Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers reveal that Bonnie Lockhart (Judi Evans) is being blackmailed. If she doesn’t give Calista Lockhart (Cady Huffman) $1 million, then Bonnie’s secret will be exposed. Calista wants the money more than seeing Bonnie’s downfall. So, when Steve “Patch” Johnson (Stephen Nichols) starts asking questions, Calista takes action.
Bonnie Lockhart’s Secret
DOOL spoilers reveal that Bonnie was able to fool Justin Kiriakis (Wally Kurth) into believing she had changed. Certain Salemites weren’t taken in by Bonnie’s scam. At least, they refused to give Bonnie the benefit of the doubt until right before the wedding. Now that Bonnie has Steve and Kayla Johnson’s (Mary Beth Evans) seal of approval, Calista shows up.
Bonnie’s former sister-in-law had quite the bombshell. It turns out that Bonnie and her late husband participated in a Buddy Bucks scheme. Calista was supposed to get a portion of the money. However, Bonnie disappeared with the cash, and Calista’s brother was dead.
DOOL Spoilers: Calista Lockhart’s Demand
Calista is demanding that Bonnie pay her $1 million and her secret will stay safe. Bonnie explained that she has no money. When it was suggested that she ask Justin, Bonnie knew she would never be able to explain needing $1 million. Calista came prepared with a plan and showed Bonnie the same gun that was used to kill Mr. Lockhart. Calista ordered the former felon to commit a robbery to get the money.
Bonnie isn’t able to follow through with the robbery but does pay off her blackmailer. She does this by stealing the bribe paid to Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) by Sami DiMera (Alison Sweeney). Of course, when the money is stolen, EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) demands it to be handed over. This causes Xander to get it back before EJ makes good on his threat.
Steve Johnson Investigates
Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that Justin met Calista and feels something isn’t right. Bonnie won’t say anything, so Justin asks Steve to look into Calista’s past. The investigation begins with Steve confronting Calista and asking her questions. Now, Calista would love for Bonnie to be exposed but she wants the $1 million more. So, she tries to distract Steve.
Days of Our Lives Spoilers: Seduction Failure
During the week of September 6, Calista will try to seduce Steve. However, Steve isn’t the type of man that is easily distracted. He continues to look into Calista’s past, but will he find out about Bonnie’s secret? When the truth comes out, will Justin call off the wedding and dump Bonnie? We will have to keep watching the NBC soap to find out what happens next with this storyline.
