Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for the week of August 30 reveal that Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) confesses. After Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) took the blame and was arrested, the manipulator will feel guilty. Gwen tells Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford) that she was the one running drugs for Dr. Clay Snyder (Michael Lowry). However, Jack’s forgiveness might have just run out.

Xander Cook’s Sacrifice

DOOL spoilers reveal that Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes) has been suspicious of Xander and Gwen for quite some time. When Julie saw Dr. Snyder’s photo in the paper, she realized it was the same man who was “passed out” on the couch. She connected the dots and went to Eli Grant (Lamon Archey) but assumed Xander murdered Dr. Snyder. As fans know, the drug-dealing doctor died of natural causes. However, Xander did dispose of the corpse illegally.

Then, Jack asked Steve “Patch” Johnson (Stephen Nichols) to investigate Gwen and Dr. Snyder’s connection. Jack learned that Gwen was likely involved with dealing drugs for the doctor. When Jack confronted Gwen, Xander jumped in and claimed responsibility.

After Gwen learned that Jack called the police and reported Xander, she went to see him at the Salem Inn. One thing led to another, but Gwen actually feels guilty. So, what happens with Gwen moving forward and is there any possibility of redemption?
