HGTV spoilers reveal that there are plenty of new shows coming our way. The network has been teasing viewers that it will be changing its programming and will add plenty of new shows. Owned by Discovery, the home renovation channel is ready to expand the show topics and we are excited to see shows about cleaning, organizing, rentals, mansions, and even relationships.
The New Shows
There are plenty of new shows ahead and we are happy to share them. There will be 85 new episodes of shows, including Mike Holmes from Rock the Block and Ken and Anita Corsini from Flip or Flop Atlanta. HGTV released a statement on the changes that they plan on making this year. “Our audience loves that we are stretching the home genre without losing the great storytelling that they’ve come to expect from HGTV. We continue to break the boundaries of the home genre with unique, buzzy show concepts, celebrated experts and dynamic influencers.”
Mike Holmes will star in Holmes Family Rescue. He will be with his children and they will help their clients with some horrible construction jobs. He will try to make it right and help these clients. There will be a lot of repairs done to their homes and we will learn what to look for when it is time for us to renovate.
Flipping Shows
There will be plenty of house flipping shows on the network as well. Ken and Anita Corsini basically have been flipping houses for years. They are ready to help clients do the same. In Flipping Showdown, they will feature teams that will renovate and flip homes in Atlanta. They will choose one winner based on budget, design, and ability to oversee the renovations. The team that wins will walk away with $100,000!
We are excited to see some new shows on HGTV and can’t wait for all of the new renovation shows. There are going to be plenty of shows!
