Counting On Spoilers: Court Date for Josh Duggar Set
Counting On spoilers reveal that there is now a court date for Josh Duggar’s trial for child pornography. Fans of the TLC show have been curious about when the trial will happen and now the news has been released. Things really are moving in the way that fans wanted them to and now we know what is going next for the Duggar family.
There is some news circulating that the press will not be welcomed to come into the trial of Josh. The court date is set for November 30, but there is a pretrial conference on November 18. As much as we do want to see what happens with the trial, it seems as if no press will be allowed due to the fact that the Duggars are public figures on the TLC channel.
The proceedings for the trial will be open to the public, even though there will be little press allowed in. This is a bit surprising to fans of the show, but many of them have already stated that they would like to go and get a glimpse of what Josh has to say in his defense. The trial was supposed to happen in July, but the dates have been moved due to unknown reasons.
The Charges Against Duggar
This spring, Duggar’s home was raided and authorities found child pornography on his computer. The content in question does show children being sexually abused and he continues to deny that it is his and that he would ever watch or look at it. Keep in mind, he was thrown under the bus by young women who said he abused them sexually when he was a teenager. He doesn’t seem to have much of a chance of getting free this time around.
Ever since this evidence was found, he is not able to get on the internet or even use a cellphone without permission from his probation officer. Things have been tough for the Duggars, but once the trial happens, there will be more answers and hopefully a conviction.
