Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers reveal that Lucas Horton (Bryan Dattilo) wants to rekindle his relationship with Sami DiMera (Alison Sweeney). However, EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) suddenly returned. “Lumi” will continue bickering, they have a big secret and EJ keeps getting under Lucas’ skin. He turns to alcohol and things could spiral out of control.

Sami DiMera’s Love Triangle

DOOL spoilers reveal that Lucas is becoming frustrated and hopeless about his affair. He wants a relationship with Sami and thinks they should give love another chance. Even though EJ was distant for a long time and made Sami feel all alone, she remains in the relationship. Lucas doesn’t understand what draws Sami to EJ. He also feels that Sami would be treated and loved a lot better if she chose him instead of EJ.

Right now, Sami is torn between Lucas and EJ. They also have the complication of what EJ will do to Lucas if he finds out about the affair. So, they are trying to keep their secret but that is easier said than done.

Lucas won’t just be frustrated with Sami clinging to her husband after everything that’s happened. EJ has decided to stay in Salem and take his rightful place at DiMera Enterprises. Lucas is already having to deal with EJ’s veiled threats, which suggest he might already know about “Lumi.”

Plus, Lucas doesn’t appreciate EJ invading his personal space. Lucas and Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) were grabbing lunch and having a private conversation. Then, EJ showed up and just plopped down at their table. Both men made it very clear that EJ was uninvited and unwelcome. However, that didn’t stop him from making the extra effort to get underneath Lucas’ skin.

Picking Fight With EJ DiMera

Days of Our Lives two weeks ahead tease that Lucas will turn to alcohol. As fans know, Lucas had an alcohol addiction in the past. He has also relapsed before and nothing good came of it. He spirals out of control and gets very emotional when he’s liquored up. His anger comes out in explosions and he becomes extremely confrontational.

During the week of July 5, Lucas will hit the bottle and just as always, it will just make things worse. Of course, Lucas and EJ will probably cross paths when the Salemite is drunk. We can see Lucas possibly picking a fight with EJ. He might feel brazen enough to push him around and tell him exactly what he thinks.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers Saying Too Much

If Lucas is drunk when he sees EJ, he might say too much. He could parrot what Sami said was wrong with her marriage. Of course, that was before EJ came to Salem and promised to be a good husband. EJ might not take too kindly to Sami airing their dirty laundry to others, especially an ex.

There is also the chance that Lucas might confirm he slept with Sami. Or he could inform EJ why he doesn’t deserve her. When the man drinks, he has a tendency to spew his fury without thinking. EJ is teased to be more ruthless and vindictive than ever, so Lucas should be careful.
