Luke Loera’s Domestic Violence History
Love After Lockup spoilers reveal that fans are excited for Tracie. However, there are also some that are concerned for her and the unborn baby’s safety. Last year, the two got into a physical fight and she was left with a bloodied face. Luke was arrested on domestic violence charges. It wasn’t the first time he was charged with abusing a woman. According to Starcasm, Luke has at least five charges for domestic violence.
This does not include the attack on Tracie’s face. She decided not to press charges, so he got away with it. Most states give police the authority to press charges even if the victim won’t. However, it’s unclear why the police did not choose to do so, especially with his history and Tracie’s severe injuries.
Love After Lockup: More Felony Charges
At the time of Tracie’s pregnancy reveal, Luke had been serving time for an altercation with a security guard at a casino. He also was charged for pulling out a machete. Now, he has been arrested again. He was arrested on Saturday in Las Vegas, Nevada for a felon possessing and/or using a stun gun. This is a felony in the state of Nevada. He was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and driving without a license, both of which are misdemeanors.
Luke has a court date on Tuesday.
Has Tracie Wagaman Given Birth?
The troubled reality star hasn’t been very active on social media lately. So, it’s unclear if she’s had her baby yet or not. There is also no confirmation on if Luke and Tracie are still together or if they have parted ways. Last May, she said,
“Me and Luke, we had our issues going on, and we were, you know, arguing, fighting whatever. My heart chose to take him back. Now, that might not have been the right choice, but it’s my choice. I love him and we’re working it out, so things are going a lot better, you know, because I am expecting.”
