DOOL spoilers reveal that Ben let go of Ciara Brady (Victoria Konefal). She is now in South Africa with Theo Carver (Cameron Johnson). Ciara also sent a message to Hope Brady (Kristian Alfonso) to meet them in South Africa. However, it is unknown if Hope went or not. Meanwhile, Ben is grieving the loss of the woman he loves. Instead of him grieving Ciara’s death, now he’s mourning losing her to amnesia and another man.

As for Claire, she has gotten very close to Ben over the past few months. They are both hated by Ciara because of what she last remembers about both of them. Claire and Tripp Johnson (Lucas Adams) betrayed Ciara. Meanwhile, Ciara only knows Ben as the Necktie Killer. Now that Ciara is gone, it’s only natural for Ben and Claire to continue getting closer. They will lean on each other as they deal with the situation regarding Ciara.

In the new issue of Soap Opera Digest, a photo confirms that Ben and Ciara have a passionate kiss. However, is that all that will happen?

Ron Carlivati Denies Romance

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that Carlivati recently discussed Ben and Claire possibly having a romance. He indicated that there would be an opportunity, but it wouldn’t necessarily lead to a romance. The head writer said a few weeks ago that fans will have to see what happens with this “opportunity” and how it doesn’t exactly lead to a new relationship.

Since there’s photo evidence of Ben and Claire kissing, but the scribe denies a romance, what happens? It sounds like one of them, or even both, decides that it’s a bad idea. Perhaps Ben is still holding onto hope that Ciara will get her memory back. Maybe Claire doesn’t want to chance another love triangle with Ciara like she’s had in the past. Or maybe they both kiss and instantly realize it’s a bad idea.

It is confirmed that Ben receives an unexpected visit that could be connected to this storyline. Some fans think it might be Ciara, but that is unlikely. Her next visit isn’t until summer 2021.
