Big Brother 23 Spoilers: Premiere Date Revealed By CBS - What We Know

We know that many people are excited to see Big Brother 23 on CBS this summer, and for a fact, we now have a much better sense of when it’s coming down the road! The long-running CBS reality competition series is set to come back on our screens soonest.

During a Clubhouse event featuring host Julie Chen Moonves, it was confirmed that this year’s season for the reality TV franchise will premiere on Wednesday, July 7, 2021 8:00-9:30 PM, live ET/ delayed PT. Critically looking at the scheduled premiere date, it is slightly off than the usual time the CBS network airs the show. Nevertheless, the network is teaming up with the audio platform and will continue to feature events this summer. “Fans will have the opportunity to join conversations featuring series talent, alumni, insiders, and experts throughout this season.

So What Are We Hoping To See on Big Brother This Year?

From all indications, this year’s show will begin with a cast of new and exciting players. It made sense to do All-Stars last season since it simplified the casting process, but to us, the real joy in this show comes from self-discovery. It hits differently on fans when they get to see several personalities from all works of life going in for the game. Meanwhile, there’s also something about watching these players on the live feeds trying to work out relationships and playing hard.

The big brother reality TV show is truly one of the greatest TV experiences every summer, and any viewers are thrilled to have it back on the air. For those who are curious, the premiere of Big Brother 23 is going to air alongside the start of Love Island USA season 3. Interestingly, CBS is trying to make the latter into a successful summer show – the last two seasons’ ratings haven’t been great so far, but it is bringing in a younger demographic for people. And we are hopeful it brings higher ratings this summer.

A Press Release

A press release for the 2021 reality franchise revealed that Housemates will move in during the live, 90-minute episode, just as the all-star cast did last season. And they are in for a high-stakes summer full of Big Risks and Big Rewards, where one wrong gamble could cost them

As usual, the show will begin to officially air on Wednesday and Sunday nights at 8 p.m. with the live evictions on Thursdays at 8 p.m. Fans can stream episodes and watch the live feeds via the CBS app and Paramount+ streaming service.

Big Brother and COVID

Last summer, the Big Brother All-Stars season 22 reality TV show was pushed back due to the Coronavirus outbreak. Unfortunately, the network didn’t make any clear revelation on Thursday what precautions would be taken for this year’s season, but we believe players will once again be tested and given the Covid-19 vaccine.

Who Won Last Year’s All-Star Season?

Soccer coach Cody Calafiore won last year’s all-star season in a unanimous vote against Enzo Palumbo. Cody told Us Weekly “I was not expecting it to be unanimous. That’s the last thing I was racking my head about. Like, if I take Enzo [to the end], how are the votes going to go? I just never thought it would be unanimous. I was blown away by that and I’m grateful for it.”
