She explains that Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) is getting a blood test to confirm Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) explains to Abigail that just because he will support his new child doesn’t mean he’s supporting Gwen. However, can she understand there is a difference?

DOOL spoilers reveal that when she overheard Gwen saying she was pregnant, Abigail told her to get an abortion. She justified it by saying that if Gwen was being honest about the baby being the last thing she wanted, then termination would prove it. Gwen didn’t give her half-sister an answer but Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford) tried to diffuse the situation. He said that everyone just needed to take some time to process everything.

During the week of April 19, Gwen will make her decision about the pregnancy. She is going to keep the child. This will surely infuriate Abigail because in her mind, Gwen has once again targeted her family. This isn’t what Gwen was trying to do, according to actress Emily O’Brien. Even though it was not her intention, it will make the entire feud even more explosive.

Chad DiMera Will Support Child

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that Chad learns about the pregnancy from Abigail. He is a grown man and knows how a baby is made, so he always knew that this was a possibility. According to actor Billy Flynn’s interview with Soap Opera Digest, Chad plans to support the child. We can only imagine that in Abigail’s state of mind, she will view this as a betrayal. She thinks that it means Chad is supportive of Gwen. However, Chad tries to explain to his wife that supporting his biological child and supporting Gwen is not the same thing.

“He’s a bit in shock. But I think he’s gotten older and matured a little bit and he wants to come from a place of, ‘Listen, this is terrible. I didn’t want this. It’s my mistake and I own that. But if Gwen is pregnant, then I need to support that child, not her.’”

It is clear that Abigail will be in no mood to really hear Chad. Lately, she is viewing anyone who doesn’t want Gwen dead as being an enemy. She is already at war with her father and even got into it with Gabi Hernandez (Camila Banus). Chad’s decision is not going to sit well with Abigail and her mental stability is crumbling.
