Kate DiMera (Lauren Koslow) and Jake Lambert (Brandon Barash) are going at it like rabbits and since Jake doesn’t have a kid yet, they would be the perfect pair. Kate has kids but they are grown. It would be fitting if she had a second chance to do motherhood right, don’t you think?

We totally ship these two and a baby would bond them together like nothing else.

Except that there is a hawk circling these two and her name is Gabriella Hernandez (Camila Banus).

Would Kate Roberts Want to be a Mom Again?

Gabi has a thing for Jake and when this vixen gets an idea in her head she usually runs a marathon with it. She has been warned not to get pregnant again, but that likely would not stop her from trying or proceeding with a pregnancy.

What are the chances that Jake and Gabi go there? Based on the way they gaze at each other, the chances seem excellent to surefire.

It would also be a way to merge two Salem families, the Hernandez’s and the DiMera’s, in a most unique way. This is all speculation at this point but the signs are there. Whenever a soap character is cautioned not to get pregnant, she usually does! This leads to all sorts of drama and drama equals ratings.

Will this be the case with Gabi and Jake? It’s hard to imagine these two not giving in to temptation at some point. Kate is leery of her nemesis as she should be. Gabi plays dirty and all three are living under the same roof. Gabi recently flashed Jake and while he showed incredible restraint, he is just a man after all, as Tammy Wynette would say. Will Kate stand by her man if Gabi canoodles with Jake and maybe even has his baby?
