Joy-Anna Forsyth, known popularly as Joy Duggar on Counting On, tied the knot with Austin Martyn Forsyth in 2017 at the ages of 20 and 24 with a modest romance as demanded by the family.
Joy Duggar, an American television star, especially known for her appearances on TLC Counting On, has gained the heart and trust of her fans and viewers. Their union has been crowned with two children; a three-year-old boy Gideon and a six-month-old baby girl, Evelyn.
Joy-Anna Duggar Forsyth had mentioned that according to her family they were not expected to hold hands until they had become engaged formally. Therefore, when Austin rendered his proposal, the two lovebirds were super excited.

Last Wednesday, Joy-Anna Duggar shared throwback pictures on Instagram of her and her husband in horse riding outfits, finally holding hands. She went further to narrate how it all happened.
“We were going to go horse riding, and I decided to bring Johannah and Jennifer along … to be the chaperones for this date. Austin made this day really, really special and then he asked me to marry him, and I said yes.”
Joy could barely hold her excitement about the event that took her into marriage with her husband. Austin didn’t relent in making his own comment, he said, “I knew we were ready for this next step because everything fell into place. … Everything was just perfect.”
Indeed, it has proved to be perfect. The couple has gone through good times and bad times together and survived.
Austin added, “I feel like engagement is more special because we’re committed to each other now, and we’re just moving forward to the day that we get married, and it’s exciting.”
In her post, she said sweet words dedicated to her husband, Austin Forsyth. The family is celebrating successful years together and more to come. Joy Duggar went ahead to post several pictures of their engagement on her Instagram. Austin had popped the question on March 3, 2017.
