Days of our Lives (DOOL) spoilers reveal that two daytime drama vets have something spectacular to celebrate today.
Alum Melissa Reeves (Jennifer Horton) and her husband Scott Reeves (Ryan McNeil on The Young and the Restless, and Steven Webber on General Hospital) have been happily married for 31 years today!

The beautiful and talented couple have two children, Emily and Larry, and they recently became grandparents to two cherubs.
Scott played Steven Webber on General Hospital and Ryan McNeil on The Young and the Restless and Melissa starred as Jennifer Horton Deveraux on Days Of Our Lives.

For their 30th anniversary Scott posted an amazing montage of photos of the couple and their family on Instagram with this caption: “I will always be the Sonny to your Cher, babe! You have blessed me in so many ways, I can’t possibly list all of them. I am beyond grateful for the example you are of Christ’s love. You’re an amazing source of strength and integrity in our family and you inspire me daily. I love you beyond words and can’t wait for the rest of our lives together! Happy 30th Anniversary!!!!😘❤️❤️❤️❤️.”
Days of our Lives spoilers: What Happens Next for this Daytime Couple?
Until recently Melissa played Jennifer on DOOL. Cady McClain (Dixie Martin on All My Children) was seen in the role this year after Melissa declined to film due to COVID-19 precautions; the couple live in Nashville, Tennessee.
Fans loved both actresses in the role! Jennifer is offscreen right now due to her mother’s, Laura Horton Jamie Lyn Bauer), death. Jennifer is off tying up loose ends pertaining to her mother’s life and everyone seems to have forgiven Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) for being at the scene of the crime. Gwen claims that Laura’s death was an accident but she has wrought a campaign of terror against the family.
It turns out that she is Jack Deveraux’s secret love child and went after her sister Abigail Deveraux (Marci Miller) in a most hateful way. Jack simply wants peace between them now but Abigail is bent on getting revenge for Gwen having drugged her, slept with her husband, and perhaps being involved in her grandmother’s death. Abigail recently kidnapped her, but sneaky Gwen has lived to see another day!
